二、滑环的润滑装配流程

1、待清洗剂充分挥发以后，将“滑环润滑剂”均匀的喷洒到导电环表面;旋转定子框架，可以让润滑剂喷洒得更加均匀;

2、安装橡胶密封圈，安装滑环外壳;固定支撑板螺钉。

三、滑环清洗剂的选择

1、清洗剂的要求：滑环清洗剂应该能够溶解轻油形成的油垢，溶解电弧形成的积碳 和脂肪类污物等，有较强的挥发性能。

清洗剂不能对金属有腐蚀作用，不能使橡胶或塑料老化或脆裂。建议使用专门“滑环”清洗喷雾剂”。

四、滑环润滑剂的选择

1、滑环润滑剂应该有较小的表面张力，能够均匀的分布在导电环道 表面;
